Perjalanan menyukai cheesecake saya dapatkan waktu kakak saya bawain cheesecake di lebaran tahun 2000-an. Lupa tepatnya 2000 berapa. Yang pasti, since then I really love cheesecake.
Cheesecake paling mantep so far menurut saya ada di cizz cake bandung. Meskipun tempatnya kecil, paling cuma muat buat 10-an orang, tapi rasanya, boleh diadu sm cheesecake factory.
Anyhow, karena beberapa kali sempet bikin cheesecake panggang gagal melulu, kali ini saya mau coba bikin no bake cheesecake ala tante laura, tapi resepnya dapet dari OMG Chocolate Dessert Resepnya pas, buatnya juga ga susah.
Yuk intip resepnya:
For Oreo crust:
3 tablespoon melted butter
12 Oreo (crushed)
For cheesecake filling:
1 lbs cream cheese
1½ cups powdered sugar
⅔ cup Nutella
1 cup heavy cream
3 teaspoon gelatin melted in 2 tablespoon water > saya pake agar swallow globe
For chocolate ganache:
3oz chopped chocolate
½ cup whipped cream
Instructions
First make the crust. Mix crushed Oreo with butter, then press the mixture in the bottom of a 8” springform pan, and set it in the fridge.
Melt the gelatin (agar-agar) in the water
Beat the heavy cream until soft peaks are formed
In separate bowl beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until its smooth.
Add Nutella in the cream cheese and sugar mixture and mix it well, then add melted gelatin and whipped heavy cream and mix it all until it’s evenly combine
Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust and set it in the fridge for a few hour
Make the chocolate ganache. Melt the chocolate and stir in the whipped cream until it’s evenly combine.
Spoon the chocolate ganache over the cake, cover the top of the pan with a plate and set it in the fridge overnight
Berhubung males bikin ganachenya, akhirnya saya beli choco magic merek mariza di superindo. Efeknya keren abis! Kalo di spread di atas cheesecake-nya, dia akan mengeras. Karena prinsipnya si choco magic ini akan mengeras kalo kena makanan dingin kaya es krim, cheesecake, dll
